Pulling a whitey, also known as "greening out" or "whiting out," refers to an unpleasant experience that some individuals may have after consuming cannabis. It is characterized by symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, excessive sweating, and a feeling of extreme discomfort. This phenomenon is more likely to occur when consuming a high dose of THC, the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis. It is important to note that the effects of pulling a whitey are temporary and typically subside on their own. If someone experiences this, it is recommended to find a comfortable and quiet environment, drink water, and rest until the symptoms pass.

Temper your intake of weed. That’s the golden rule. However if you are currently pulling a whitey, these are some quick hacks to stop the whitey: If you feel like you’re spinning–and you are stood up, then sit down, or lie down with your head slightly elevated. Change positions until your brain can process how you are feeling, and just breathe calmly in through your nose and out through your mouth. Because you or your friend also probably feels doozy try to suck on something sweet-or-sour, such a lemon–sounds odd but the jarring citrus punch to the face 👊 often works to snap you out of it. Your other options are sugary sweet things, iced water, sucking on black peppercorns or consuming some CBD–which tends to counteract the effects of weed.
