Antique Seed Collection
1000CrowsVintage has a vintage botanist’s collection of hemp seeds which would obviously look so cool in your living room.
Makers Description:
An unusual find – this vintage weed seed collection. An (amateur?) botanist has collected and stored 32 common weed seeds in vials, labeled and numbered them, and crafted a storage box for them. They could have been part of a larger homeopathy or apothecary collection. 2 vials have not been named (no. 9 and 27) and 2 vials are empty (no 19 and 25). The date 1920-1921 looks to be a later addition in pencil. The label on the box has been done in black ink. A good talking piece and a great display item.
The vials are about 2-3/8 inches tall including the cork
The box measures 7-5/8 x 7 x 1-1/8 inches
